   I recommend the School Board of Palm Beach County adopt the FY2007 - FY2011 Five-Year Capital Plan.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Mr. Sanches provided Board Members with a brief presentation on the Five-Year Capital Plan and highlighted the following topics: New Construction; FY2007-2011 School Construction Projects; Maintenance; Transportation; Technology; Debt Service; Future Modifications; and 2007-2011 Additional Student Capacity. Board Members discussed: student enrollment projections; housing at Burt Reynolds Farm; redirect hurricane relief funds; Jupiter High and Duncan Middle over student enrollment projections; Class Size Reduction; fire safety; structural damage to concreatables from hurricanes; other vehicles; and Survivors Facility Lease.
